I usually put cut up onions, carrots, and pieces of beef into a pan, and then cook them with soy sauce and sugar. I eat pretty much the same side with steamed rice every night.
But this time, I made Japanese curry. My mom usually puts potatoes into it, but I didn't have them this time. The taste was a little different from what I remember, but it was still a nice dinner.
I miss Japanese food. :.(
